If you are applying for membership, include your name, address, and phone number on the form, enter the email address listed above, and request membership.  We will respond with dues paying instructions.  Upon receipt of your dues, we will send you your membership kit.  Annual dues of $20 cover the period of July 1st to June 30th.  Upon receipt of your email, we will let you know where to send your dues.  Thank you for your interest.
